Preá Kite House is a small Portuguese-run pousada in Preá village, about a minute's walk from the beach and the launch, with around three suites plus two guest houses sleeping roughly seven. Hosts Dayse and Lúcio include a homemade breakfast and arrange kite lessons and downwinders through the schools next door. There is no school on the property itself.
